Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x and you receive a BDT 100 bonus, you must place BDT 3,000 in bets before you can make a withdrawal.

Important Information About Bonuses

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for placing bets.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe after the bonus is credited.

Account Closure & Suspension

Keya9 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the identity verification process has not been completed.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the existing balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn; however, any bonus will be forfeited if the wagering requirement has not been met.
